Open Positions

Meet qualifications by fulfilling ONE program-specific option for the following positions below.

• Current CDA  (Child Development Associate) infant toddler credential (any focus) from the Council for Professional Recognition 

• Associate or higher degree in Early Childhood Education with experience teaching pre - school age children 
• Current Washington State Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education with experience teaching pre-school age children 

• Current CDA  (Child Development Associate) credential (any focus) from the Council for Professional Recognition 
• Washington State ECE Initial Certificate, Short Certificate of Specialization, or Certificate 

Full qualifications must be met within 5 years of hire. Minimum quals are as follows:  

• 15 credits in early childhood education
• 1 school year (9 months) experience in a preschool classroom 

Full qualifications are below: 

• Associate or higher degree in any field with 30 credits in early childhood education
• Current Washington State Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Early Childhood Education (PreK - Grade 3) or Early Childhood Special Education 
• Preferred: 1 school year (9 months) experience in a preschool classroom 

Full qualifications must be met within 5 years of hire. Minimum quals are as follows:  

• High School Diploma
• 6 months childcare experience

• Current CDA (Child Development Associate) credential (any focus) from the Council for Professional Recognition 
• Washington State ECE Initial Certificate, Short Certificate of Specialization, or Certificate
• 12 job-related credits
